Business Analyst

Location: An Arbor, MI & Georgetown, KY

Job Description:

Seeking a highly motivated self-driven business analyst who can support Manufacturing Group’s activities such as:

• App modernization/rationalization projects for Manufacturing apps (400+ apps)

• Site app transition from NAMCs (~200 apps)

• Tech uplift project (Windows 2012 servers, etc)

• Support 1TS (ServiceNow) CMDB standardization & update

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet customers/stakeholders for the app information gathering

• Document app information in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc)

• Support project management with status tracking & visualization

• Work in the manufacturing environment and follow the safety standard

• Work in a team with respect

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• bachelor’s degree in computer science or Business with MIS preferred

• Good understanding of Scrum/Agile product delivery

• Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)

• Ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently

• Strong attention to detail

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, Jira is a plus

• AWS experience is a plus

• Vehicle manufacturing experience is a plus.

• Require travel (flight to CA/TX once a year)

Preferably close to TMMK, TMMI area to be able to visit the plants.

It can be to Mexico or Canada as well. Travel expenses and stay will be reimbursed.
