Job Summary

The Administrative & Finance Assistant works in a professional office environment and performs a variety of duties for Administration and Finance in order to support a network of 65 Training Centers.

Qualifications

  • Administrative work experience preferred
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required
  • Some college coursework preferred (Business, Accounting or Finance Degree is a Plus)

Responsibilities

  • Pick up and receive mail and packages, distribute as assigned
  • Assist Human Resources with new employee setup (email and company portal access)
  • Negotiate rates, discounts, etc. with vendors
  • Assist Student Finance Team with customer refunds, Tuition Reimbursement Program, payment schedule monitoring and collection of past due balances
  • Handle any special projects and executive/management needs
  • Stock office supplies and conference room refrigerator(s)
  • Order food/coffee for executive meetings
  • Make bank deposits, as needed
