Job Duties:

  • Work very closely with Operations as connecting support to all other departments
  • Manage assigned accounts and be key contact for all customer needs
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office (word, outlook and excel on a daily basis)
  • Create Charts, KPI, Power Point and special projects
  • Order Entry, data entry in scheduling customer delivery appointments via various customer web portal accounts, phone calls, etc.
  • Tracking of loads from acceptance to delivery, assist fleet managers as to outstanding loads that would cause detentions and accessorial charges, provide updates in TMW
  • Audit daily detentions and accessorials
  • Run Daily scorecard reports and work with operations on proper data entry
  • Sort and verify all driver paper work for scanning and processing
  • Assist fleet managers with broker load daily requested updates

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of prior account management experience
  • Knowledge of Ryder Online Carrier Portal and/or TMW software preferred
  • Excellent communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience and knowledge in Transportation
  • Detail oriented, accurate and willing to learn
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (word, outlook and excel)
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
