Our services include Enterprise Information Technology Logistics Education Program Management Title Administrative Support Specialist Locations SERMC, Mayport Naval Station, Jacksonville, FL (telework may be authorized) of open positions 3 Shift 1st shift Required clearance Interim Secret (Active) Work Status US Citizen Estimated Contract Duration Multi-year contract Position Description Provide qualified clerical, administrative, and timekeeping support for the Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC), Naval Station Mayport, Jacksonville, Florida for approximately 250 and up to 700 military and civilian personnel to support its mission. Responsibilities Support the preparing, transcribing, transferring, systematizing, and preserving both written and computerized communications and records gathering and distributing the information. Duties also include operating office machines, storing, and accounting for stores of materials. Support projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials operating computerized business systems for the purposes of recording labor hours of the workforce data entry and mining of business systems for the administration of ship repair and gathering performance metrics. Must be able to liftcarry 50 lbs. Specific Tasks Perform administrative tasks, data entry and database updates in Supervisory Desk (SUPDESK), Timekeeping Administration and Reporting (TAR), Maritime System Environment (MSE) Business Objects, and Material Requirements (MRQT) applications. Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, charts, and graphs. Prepare meeting minutes and presentations. Perform file and records management. Enter, update, and retrieve information utilizing automated systems (SUPDESK, TAR, MSE, MRQT). Prepare correspondence, instructions, and memorandums. Assist in ordering, pickup, and delivery of supplies. Perform timekeeping functions by entering labor hours for employees and assist in maintaining records of leave, attendance, and overtime. SkillsProficiencies Required Experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Experience using SUPDESK application required. Experience using Maritime System Environment (MSE) Business Objects application preferred. Equal Employment Opportunity Statement .
