Our client, a leader in the fire protection industry, is looking to add a position to their growing business by hiring an administrative assistant reporting to the Vice President. In this role, the right candidate serves as the initial point of contact into the business and assist in completing the appropriate paperwork for work orders including working closely with the Superintendent, billing and system maintenance. They will be responsible for helping with accounts receivable and payables and must be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Word.
The goal is to hire the right person who wants a long-term career in a growing industry.
