Contact Tracer Manager (Care Navigator Team Lead) will oversee a team of contact tracers, help to monitor the activities of students, faculty and staff at Client. A minimum of 40 hours per week, more likely 60 or more per week, this includes weekends and holidays.
The Contact Tracer Manager will be remote using web-based platform and telephone to communicate with assigned contact, obtain symptom information, refer contacts for testing, and provide instructions for quarantine. The Manager will determine the most effective data capture program to assist with case investigation, and tracking, monitoring and reporting tracing activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
A College-level education required
Excellent organizational skills, research skills and good judgement.
Experience managing others strongly preferred.
Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with a wide range of people.
Strong critical thinking skills, excellent composition, grammar and public speaking skills.
Strong diplomatic customer service skills
Access to a telephone, computer, and reliable internet connection.
Experience conducting telephone-based or in-person based interviews.
Ability to comply with regulations and communicate official information in an appropriate manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills to assist distressed individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
Proficient in English, additional languages would be advantageous.
Proficient in MS Office as well as data entry.
