Ajilon is looking for a Sales Support Administrator in the Jacksonville, Florida area. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be able to support Sales Managers by performing a variety of administrative tasks and by ensuring all orders are processed accurately and any issues are resolved as efficiently as possible.


  • Perform administrative duties
  • Processing computer orders and verifying the accuracy of product numbers, inventory, discounts, and prices.
  • Communicating price quotes, maintaining customer records, discussing order information, and handling inquiries and deliveries to customers or regional sales managers.
  • Communicates with salesman and customers either directly of via phone/e-mail
  • Research any discrepancies found by the customer, Sales Manager or the Accounting Department
  • Analyze and maintain reports
  • Serve as the main point of communication between Regional Sales Manager and other internal employees
  • Advise customers of their shipping schedules.
  • Qualification Requirements:

  • Associates Degree with 2 years of experience in administrative and sales support preferred
  • Possess an intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office, most importantly Microsoft Excel 
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Operation of standard office equipment
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and rely on past experience to make decisions and accomplish tasks
  • Must be punctual and reliable in attendance
  • Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
