SNI Companies is looking to hire a driven Administrative Assistant II for a growing company in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will be the administrative support to the CEO and sales team. You will be responsible for managing their calendars, arranging travel, assisting with data entry and coordinating events/functions.
• Scheduling for travel
• Preparing expense reports
• Processing invoices
• Providing quality customer service
• Managing calendars and meetings
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• One to two years of administrative support experience
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience supporting directors and managing multiple calendars
• Excellent presentation, written and oral communication
• Ability to work with a team and individually
• Comfortable working with executives in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of arranging travel including flights, lodging, food, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
