The position supports territory managers and management with a wide variety of administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Researches and creates sales presentations and business reviews, as planned by the territory manager.
* Submits internal quote requests and provides formatted quoted information to customers.
* Submits sample requests to the picking room requiring significant attention to detail and time sensitivity.
* Tracks seasonal year-over-year data for deeper analysis.
* Utilize customer's vendor websites to upload and download required information.
* Communicates with internal and external customers via phone, email and sometimes video conference.
* Acts as a liaison between territory manager and other internal business units.
* Other basic administrative assistant duties as required.
