- Provide administrative support
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain computer and manual filing system
- Analytical and data driven
- Must know excel and word
- Knowledge of creating reports
- Coding and processing invoices a plus
- Responsible for entering and/or reviewing incoming orders on a computer system, checking that product numbers, inventory, discounts and prices are accurate
- Other duties include price quotations, updating customer records and communicating details of orders, inquiries and deliveries to customers or regional sales managers.
