What does this role look like?
You will be responsible for carrying out the recruitment life-cycle process, including initial assessments, interviews, selections and offers under general supervision.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Effectively managing the full recruiting life cycle for multiple requisitions
  • Partners with hiring teams to develop effective solutions to manage customer/partner expectations.
  • Actively source talent using creative recruiting techniques including but not limited to job boards, social media, cold calling, job fairs, networking, and community organizations.
  • Bring tactical execution, exceptional organizational skills, high touch customer service and ownership of the candidate, interviewer and hiring manger experiences.
  • Deliver excellent candidate experience with a high degree of touch, communications, urgency, support and overall excellence in customer service and communication.
  • Utilize your exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills to meticulously schedule multiple hiring team screening calls, follow ups and onsite interviews to ensure a seamless experience for recruiters, interviewers, and candidates.
  • Manage all interview logistics, including but not limited to booking travel and accommodations, preparing interview rooms, coordinating video interviews and interview debriefs.
  • Post-interview outreach and communication of next steps, offers, negotiations, and dispositioning of candidates not selected for openings.
  • Prepares and contributes to the development of status reports and metrics as well as participates and/or leads internal recruiting status updates.
  • Assists with the implementation of new and improvement of existing practices and processes.
  • Represents the company at career fairs and other employment events.
  • Assist with managing other human resources and talent acquisition functions as needed.

Must-haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field from an accredited college or university; or a combination of post high school and equal experience may be substituted for education.
  • At least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience for full-time, permanent positions is required. Experience with Department of Labor, EEOC, FLSA and OFCCP compliance, preferred.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word.
  • Proficient in utilizing HRIS/ATS software and applications, preferably Taleo.
  • Direct sourcing and social recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Linked In Recruiter License experience preferred.
